I reached out to TonerBuzz by email with a question about my order, and they did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. I feel like their support used to be a little more responsive before. The reply was helpful once it came through, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I would’ve liked.

My order arrive later than I was expect, so that was a bit annoying, but I did got it in the end. Not the smoothest delivery, but at least it showed up.

My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that, but the box looked like it had been through a lot. One side was crushed badly and the tape was half coming off. The toner seems to be fine, but whoever handled or packed this didn’t do a great job. Not exactly what you want to see when you’re opening a delivery.

I’ve been using this toner for a bit now and it’s been solid. It installed easily, started working right away, and the print quality has been clean with no streaks or fading. So far, it feels dependable and I’d feel comfortable buying it again...

I’d been checking around for this toner and couldn’t find it anywhere, but it were finally in stock here. Super glad I found it.
